All of our cheesecakes are made from scratch. We start by making our homemade crust as our first step. All crust are baked and cooled before we add the cheesecake batter. Each flavor cheesecake is specifically formulated to have the best flavor and still maintain the best quality and texture. After we make the batter, each cheesecake is baked in a water bath for 2 hours to insure the perfect amount of moisture stays in the oven to avoid a dry cheesecake. After the cheesecake is done baking, every cheesecake rests in the oven for an additional 30 minutes to avoid cracking from extreme temperature change. Once pulled out of the oven, the cheesecake will rest for an hour at room temp before being added to the fridge. Once in the fridge, the cheesecake needs to be chilled for 24 hours before our final cut and decorate. Not only are our cheesecakes baked from scratch, but so are our fruit sauces and whipped cream!
